Our Institute's Ambulatory offers psychotherapy for adults through the statutory health insurance. The therapy sessions are conducted by psychologists who are in advanced training at our institute.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ambulanz Assistant/Manager (m/w/d) in part-time (40% - 50%) to join our team.

• Ensure a smooth practice workflow
• Manage appointments personally, by phone, or via email
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain patient data and files
• Be the point of contact for organizational matters for our psychotherapists in training
• Be the point of contact for organizational matters for our lecturers at the Bodensee-Institut
• Prepare and support the billing process with statutory health insurance companies
• Manage office and therapy materials

• Completed education in the healthcare sector or a comparable field
• Desirable experience in a psychotherapeutic/psychiatric practice or a psychotherapeutic training institute or in the healthcare sector
• Willingness to work part-time, including one afternoon per week
• Sensitivity, joy, openness, and tolerance in dealing with people
• Strong service orientation, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Independent, goal-oriented, and meticulous work style, with quick understanding and comprehension
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
