About the Role:

  • Lead and manage construction and real estate projects, ensuring the achievement of project goals in terms of cost, deadlines, quality, sustainability, and functionality.
  • Develop an effective project organization, manage interfaces, and represent the client for internal and investor projects.
  • Integrate internal service requirements and prepare for commissioning in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Depending on experience, lead internal and external project teams, make cross-project decisions, and ensure their implementation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of modern project management methods
  • Skills in construction planning and realization
  • Experience in contract management and complex commissioning processes
  • Methodical and structured work approach, communication skills, conflict management
