HFU International - Academic Staff Position for Project KImAge

We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to the KImAge project, focusing on the systematic study of aging images in key life contexts. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Overseeing project organization, coordination, and management
  • Recruiting and engaging participants for research
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners
  • Building and nurturing relationships with associated institutions
  • Contributing to public relations and dissemination of project-related information
  • Developing methodologies for the project, including the establishment of a photography database
  • Supervising the creation and application of AI models
  • Conducting data analysis and interpretation using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Organizing and leading project meetings and advisory board sessions
  • Preparing comprehensive reports for funding agencies
  • Presenting research findings at academic conferences and events
  • Authoring scientific publications
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Master's degree in relevant fields such as Gerontology, Psychology, Health Sciences, Public Health, Nursing Science, Social Sciences, or similar disciplines. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data analysis software is essential. Strong communication skills in both German and English, excellent organizational capabilities, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration are required. Familiarity with the psychological aspects of aging is preferred.
