About the Role
The Customer Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, from initial setup to activation. This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure a smooth transition of clients from the sales process to the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient activation of clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve technical issues and provide training to clients on our services.
- Develop and implement onboarding tools and processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collect and act on client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process.
- Review client applications to determine which applicants meet the criteria for our services.
- Oversee client account setup and implementation, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide product demos and tours to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
- Solve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce fulfillment or a related industry role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify effective resolutions.
- Market knowledge and analysis skills, with the ability to inform strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and the SME market, with the ability to navigate industry complexities and drive business success.
