Customer Onboarding Specialist

At SYNCREON, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce fulfillment team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer onboarding process from initial contact to activation point.
- Provide training and support to customers on our service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a related industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
