Identity and Access Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Börse AG. As a key member of our Group Security department, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and improving our Identity and Access Management landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
  • Design and integrate CIEM capabilities with central IAM tools to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Establish governance processes for service accounts and principals to ensure least privilege access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate IAM/PAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and enforce least privilege principles.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on IAM/PAM-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IAM/PAM projects.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Microsoft Azure IAM services.
  • Knowledge of Secrets Management, Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and Zero Trust.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
