Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our IoT and Infrastructure Group. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing Renesas revenues with a defined set of regional customers in Germany, focusing on Analog and Power devices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the region, understanding their technical needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new design activity at key customers, working collaboratively with the FAE team, marketing, distribution partners, and product engineers to define the best solutions.
  • Learn the process and skills to accurately track and forecast revenue, establishing and growing relationships across a wide range of customers.
  • Grow sales funnel and revenue, leveraging your knowledge of semiconductors, especially in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices.

Requirements:

  • Up to two years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with a strong passion for Sales and Semiconductor Industries.
  • Engineering Degree - preferably in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • Accountability for all tasks within the Sales role, with clear and timely communication and reporting.
  • Fluent in English and German, with MS-Office skills and a valid driver's license.
