About the Role
Porsche Zentrum Lüneburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician / Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on Porsche vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on Porsche vehicles, including diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Conducting thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electronics and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
