About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum events and continuous integration.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages.
