About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Utimaco. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading efforts in understanding, maintaining, and enhancing complex legacy codebases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of complex software systems, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues, driving innovation and improvement.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Windows internals to address system-level challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Design and develop user-mode applications, including client and administration solutions.
- Utilize version control systems like Git to manage collaborative development and track changes over time.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical concepts.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer who possesses:
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.
- Good English language skills, with German language skills a plus.
