Our establishment is designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, featuring 297 well-appointed rooms and suites across 18 floors, along with 10 meeting rooms and 2 boardrooms. We are proud to be part of the Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) and operated by Bierwirth & Kluth, who manage a portfolio of 13 hotels and boarding houses in Germany and Austria.
Position Overview:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Supervising kitchen staff** to maintain a smooth workflow.
2. **Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes** in accordance with our menu standards.
3. **Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations** in the kitchen.
4. **Collaborating with the head chef** to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
5. **Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies** as needed.
