Position Overview: SAP BPMO Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive SAP BPMO Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary expert in our Business Process Management Office (BPMO), tasked with the consolidation, coordination, and validation of all SAP-related requirements within the Demand Process.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with various stakeholders involved in the DOCK program and development sectors to effectively plan and manage relevant requirements for upcoming release cycles.

In alignment with our strategic objectives, you will facilitate discussions aimed at harmonizing diverse requirements and identifying optimal solutions. Additionally, you will assess the execution of the Demand Process and champion continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a focus on supply chain perspectives.

Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in Organization, Process Management, or Business Informatics is essential.
  • Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and familiarity with standard modeling languages such as BPMN 2.0 and EPK.
  • In-depth understanding of the SAP S/4 HANA framework and its core processes.
  • Capability to comprehend intricate business relationships, formulate actionable insights, and communicate them effectively.
  • Proven resilience, assertiveness, and initiative, particularly in demanding situations.
