We are seeking a meticulous and proactive SAP BPMO Lead to take charge of our BPMO operations. As the primary expert in this domain, you will oversee the consolidation, coordination, and approval of all SAP-related demands within the Demand Process.

Your responsibilities will include close collaboration with stakeholders from the DOCK program and the development sector to effectively plan and manage relevant requirements for the designated release cycles.

In alignment with our corporate objectives, you will facilitate discussions aimed at harmonizing and resolving diverse requirements. Furthermore, you will assess the execution of the Demand Process and champion continuous enhancements while keeping the Supply perspective in mind.

• A degree in Organization, Process Management, or Business Informatics is required.
• Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and familiarity with standard modeling languages such as BPMN 2.0 and EPK.
• In-depth understanding of the SAP S/4 HANA framework and its core processes.
• Capability to comprehend intricate business interrelations, formulate actionable insights, and convey them effectively.
• Proven resilience, assertiveness, and initiative, particularly in demanding situations.
