About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Italy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online shops in Italy, identifying new business opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and optimize it to achieve maximum results.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the e-commerce or performance marketing sectors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales tools and software, such as Salesforce, JIRA, or Zendesk.
