Production Engineering Specialist

About the Role
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineering Specialist to join our team in the NCE region. As a specialist, you will play a key role in the development and maturing of new products and production processes, ensuring that our production facilities are capable of producing as planned and agreed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tasks and activities in Generator NPI projects, including participation in Generator Prototype activities
- Develop production setup and documentation, including process flow, component allocation layout, and work instructions
- Specify special tooling and test equipment needed for production of the product
- Support serial production regarding non-conformity, technical questions, automation, and maturing the assembly process
Requirements
- An engineering degree, preferably within the electrical field or other relevant education, combined with 3-5 years of relevant experience within design, production, or other relevant areas
- A good broad technical foundation and the ability to pick up new knowledge fast
- A good understanding of complex organizational setups to efficiently communicate with colleagues and relevant stakeholders
