About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ADECCO. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office administration, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
