Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and engaging in meetings with stakeholders
- Updating and managing information within our digital systems
- Overseeing the customer interface and maintaining reporting documentation
- Processing invoices and managing service requests
- Interacting with clients, legal representatives, notaries, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
- Providing guidance and support to trainees
- Managing the procurement of office materials
Your qualifications:
- Background in business administration with applicable experience
- Desire to pursue further qualifications in management
- Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably familiar with Wodis
