**Job Summary**

Euro London Appointments is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Underwriting Back Office Support specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and a passion for working in the financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-underwriting tasks, such as submission, risk analysis, and pricing activities
  • Manage and oversee the renewal process for clients
  • Generate quotes and draft documents
  • Issue certificates and invoices as part of administrative duties
  • Input and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets
  • Support Management in document preparation, presentations, and event coordination
  • Provide information to clients via phone and email


Requirements:

  • A commercial apprenticeship, ideally within the financial services sector or similar
  • Proficient language skills, particularly in German and English; knowledge of French or other languages is advantageous
  • Practical computer proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Ability to work independently within established parameters
  • Capable of managing multiple projects under set time schedules
  • Familiarity with relevant software/systems and strong keyboard skills
