Human Resources Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Working Student to join our team at Design Hotels GmbH, a subsidiary of Marriott International. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our HR strategy and driving people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data management and maintenance of employee records
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job ad creation and candidate sourcing
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal cultural initiatives and events
- Collaborate with the IT team on administrative tasks
- Perform reception duties and coordinate replacement as needed
- Conduct research on various projects and create internal documentation and presentations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/administration is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
