About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Orthopedic Surgeon Assistant to join our team at FRESENIUS HEliOS HOSPITALS. As an Assistant Surgeon in Orthopedics and Traumatology, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced surgeons in the operating room and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room, including orthopedic and trauma surgeries
• Conduct pre- and post-operative patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Medical degree and licensure to practice medicine in Germany
• Completion of a residency program in orthopedic surgery or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
