Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our public sector projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, steering, and leading software development, integration, migration, and implementation projects in the public sector with a high level of criticality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract, risk, change, and claim management
  • Coordination of project team, leading project members, and managing other suppliers and subcontractors
  • Participation in specification, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment of IT systems, especially in the context of process optimizations
  • Creating concepts and cost estimations for proposals

Requirements

  • Completed degree in IT or business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least five years of project management experience, with a focus on public administration projects
  • Experience in contract, risk, change, and claim management
  • Proven experience in proposal creation and estimation for public sector clients, contract and procurement law knowledge
  • Certifications in project management methods and frameworks such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA, V-Model XT, Scrum
  • Knowledge of current digitalization trends in public administration
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills
