  • Clarify technical specifications to ensure accurate product selection

  • Select and recommend products that meet customer requirements
  • Determine delivery dates and payment terms to ensure smooth transactions
  • Calculate prices and ensure accurate billing
  • Dispatch digital documents to customers in a secure and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate customer and material master data to support sales efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communication
  • Collaborate with the sales force to process tenders and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Technical knowledge in sealing and application technology is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive, independent, and structured work style
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
