Precision Medicine Group is a leading precision medicine Contract Research Organization (CRO). We are seeking a highly skilled Biorepository Technician to join our team based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory-related activities, including the cryopreservation of biological samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of freezers and equipment
- Receiving and processing biological samples
- Inventory management of frozen biological samples
- Sample retrieval and shipping coordination
- Performing annual competency assessments for Repository staff
- Labeling and packaging of samples
- Equipment maintenance and calibration
- Staying up-to-date with IATA shipping regulations and maintaining certification
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, inventory management, and laboratory procedures. They will be a flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities and respond to various Repository needs. Proficiency in English is essential, and the ability to work in Germany without sponsorship is required.
