Job Title: Program Officer - Community Engagement

Creative Associates International is a global development firm that specializes in education, economic growth, governance, and post-crisis stabilization. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Officer - Community Engagement to support our program management unit in contributing to program implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting concept notes, activity sheets, budgets, and activity amendments to support program implementation.
  • Coordinate with field staff and partners to develop concept notes, activity sheets, and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate translation of key documents to support community engagement and policing activities.
  • Track progress against activity work plans to meet program targets and individual deliverables.
  • Collaborate with management team and partners to develop activity work plans, budgets, and communications plans.
  • Contribute to weekly reports, highlights, success stories, lessons learned, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • University-level education or demonstrated equivalence in professional experience/ability.
  • Two years minimum experience in implementation of humanitarian, development, and/or stabilization programs or relevant project management experience.
  • Experience working with community-based organizations and/or community mobilization around social and humanitarian issues.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to manage high volume workflow.
  • Proven ability to work on a team in a collaborative manner.
  • Arabic native speaker skill and strong English language skill are required.
  • Relevant computer usage and software skills.
