We are seeking a Logistics Depot Supervisor to oversee operations in our distribution center.

NOZ MEDIEN has a strong presence in the media industry, ensuring the timely distribution of various printed materials. Our dedicated team works diligently to manage logistics and delivery processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline depot operations
  • Supervise delivery and collection activities
  • Plan and allocate staff schedules
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure proper receipt and loading of delivery items
  • Manage registration and deregistration of delivery staff
  • Track the return of mailbags
  • Compile nightly operational reports
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization within the depot

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in commerce or logistics
  • Availability for nighttime shifts
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and methodical work style
  • High customer service orientation
  • Physically capable
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • Fluent in spoken and written German
