Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage depot activities
• Supervise delivery and collection workflows
• Plan and allocate staff schedules
• Address and resolve customer inquiries
• Ensure proper receipt and loading of delivery items
• Manage registration and deregistration of delivery staff
• Track the return of mailbags
• Compile nightly operational reports
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the depot

Qualifications:

• Completed training in commerce or logistics
• Availability for night shifts
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and methodical work style
• High level of customer service orientation
• Physically capable
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluent in spoken and written German
