About the Role
We are seeking a responsible and motivated Maintenance Technician (w/m/d) to join our Inhouse Project team in Dresden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with team members within the Inhouse Project to ensure efficient CMP (chemical and mechanical polishing) operations.
- Handling sensitive and delicate semiconductor products with care.
- Performing mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
- Replacing consumable materials and conducting cleaning operations.
- Booking transactions in customer systems, such as SAP.
- Ensuring proper handling of work and operational materials.
- Actively contributing to the implementation of our and customer requirements regarding quality, environmental, and safety standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed vocational training (preferably in a technical field) with relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and experience with SAP is desirable.
- Manual dexterity and experience with high-precision tasks.
- Basic English language skills are required.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift system (12-hour shifts).
- High level of motivation and stress tolerance.
- Willingness to work in a sensitive environment/reinforced room.
- Attention to detail and team-oriented work style.
- A friendly and customer-focused approach is expected.
