Urology Training Specialist

Als Urologie-Trainingsexperte entwickeln Sie und implementieren Sie innovative Trainingskonzepte, um die Fähigkeiten unserer Vertriebsmitarbeiter zu verbessern.
- Sie erstellen und aktualisieren blended-Learning-Materialien, um unsere Vertriebsorganisationen zu unterstützen.
- Sie evaluierten die Effektivität unserer Trainings und ihre Nachhaltigkeit, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Mitarbeiter die notwendigen Fähigkeiten erwerben.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem EMEA-Produktmanagement und unseren globalen Stakeholdern zusammen, um unsere Trainingsziele zu erreichen.
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften oder Pädagogik
- Erfahrung als Trainer für Vertriebsrollen im medizinischen Bereich, insbesondere in Urologie und/oder Erfahrung in einem MedTech-Vertriebsbereich
- Affinität und Begeisterung für medizinische Technologie
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Lehrfähigkeiten
- Exzellente Organisation- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamplayer
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Bereitschaft zur Reise
