Currently, we are collaborating closely with a reputable IT service provider that is in search of a qualified IT Support Specialist in Frankfurt. A permanent position is anticipated after a period of 12-18 months, ensuring job security from the outset.

Your Responsibilities as an IT Support Specialist for Onsite Services:
  • Installation of IT clients using SCCM
  • Creation of new user accounts in Active Directory, password assignments, and other onboarding/offboarding tasks
  • Cabling, setup, and dismantling of equipment at workstations
  • Asset management of devices (maintaining lists) and database entries
  • Issuing and retrieving clients
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Completed training in the IT field and/or at least 2 years of practical experience in IT
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory: passwords, usernames
  • Experience in installing operating systems and deploying with SCCM
  • Proficient in setting up and cabling workplace equipment
  • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
  • General understanding of hardware and software
  • Experience in customer interaction
  • Fluent German language skills (C1 level)
  • Willingness to apply for a police clearance certificate (costs covered)
