We seek a detail-oriented and proactive team member who is enthusiastic about managing administrative responsibilities while propelling our sales initiatives. To excel as a Business Development Manager, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills. Additionally, you should exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, along with a solid background in customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Populate our sales pipeline with numerous qualified B2B prospects and oversee the entire process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate meetings and sales engagements, and follow up with clients regarding their order statuses.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for sales, manage sales tracking systems, and prepare reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze sales trends and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee customer accounts, maintain communication for administrative purposes, and provide assistance for order issues, account inquiries, and other challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the organization and its leadership teams.
  • Organize customer meetings and conferences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of working independently with a strong commitment and enthusiasm for mobility and e-commerce.
  • Communicative, energetic, and a collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, enabling you to engage with potential clients to not only "sell" but also collaboratively develop solutions that deliver genuine value.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Adept at multitasking and swiftly shifting focus as needed.
  • Technologically savvy with proficient IT skills.
  • This is a full-time position, with an immediate start date.
