Support the Voith Group
As a Business Development Intern, you will support our international project and leadership teams in various projects related to transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our project teams to design and implement change management measures.
- Assist in the organization of workshops and training sessions to drive business growth and development.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups.
- Conduct research to identify new, innovative cultural transformation formats.
- Support the design and rollout of business development initiatives.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
- Fluent language skills in English.
- Experience with common MS Office tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Structured, independent work style.
