As a Visual / Motion Content Designer at Dynabrade Europe Sàrl, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually captivating and engaging content across various digital platforms for various projects. Working closely with our creative team, you will bring concepts to life through imagery, design, animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute engaging content, including illustrations, and multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, video content, and presentations.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create and edit images, high-quality motion graphics and videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and concepts for projects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to conceptualize and create content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design eye-catching social media assets, including static graphics, and videos, to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design and animation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our motion design processes and workflows.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual style across all content and channels.
- Collaborate with other departments, including product, sales, and customer success, to support their visual communication needs.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic/Motion Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
- Problem solving attitude for targeting the source of a problem and finding an effective solution.
- Ability to work in a team, show respect to others and listen to the needs of the teammates.
