We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's identity across various platforms, including digital, print, packaging, and social media.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain visual consistency across all design projects, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity.

Support the production of product label and packaging design that stands out and embodies the brand’s values.

Design eye-catching graphics for our e-commerce website, social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and online campaigns to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

Develop creative assets for advertising campaigns, promotions, email marketing, and print materials (brochures, lookbooks, etc.).

Work closely with the product marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns and product launches.

Assist with retouching images and creating motion graphics or short videos for digital marketing as needed.

Stay current with industry beauty trends, making sure our designs are fresh, on-brand, and relevant.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Min 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.

I am proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Other design software (Figma, Sketch, Canva, CapCut) would be a plus.

A portfolio showcasing beauty-related design work (packaging, branding, social media visuals, etc.).

Experience with web and social media design, including a good understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Creative visual design skills with attention to detail and a good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.

Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.

Experience/Interest in UX-UI, Visual AI tools and video editing (a plus).

Speak German and English, French is a bonus
