Contract Administrator Underwriter with Spanish Proficiency

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator Underwriting with Spanish Skills to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Underwriting Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and management of contract documents, as well as assisting in contract processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Underwriting Team in preparing and managing contract documents
- Assist in contract processing and data maintenance
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with other departments to resolve urgent issues
- Completed training in insurance, finance, or a similar field
- Practical experience in contract administration
- Business fluent in German, English, and Spanish
- Confident using Microsoft Office and IT management systems
- Flexibility: A hybrid work model with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
- Work Abroad: Up to 20 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland
