We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator Underwriter with Spanish language proficiency to join our team at Hannover Re. As a key member of our Underwriting Team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing contract documents, assisting in contract processing, and maintaining data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Underwriting Team in preparing and managing contract documents
- Assist in contract processing and data maintenance
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with other departments to resolve urgent issues
- Completed training in insurance, finance, or a similar field
- Practical experience in contract administration
- Business fluent in German, English, and Spanish
- Confident using Microsoft Office and IT management systems
- Detail-oriented and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave
- Up to 20 days a year to work abroad within the EU
