About the Role:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business process management efforts. As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for driving the lean organization, digitalization, and automation initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business process standards and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and management to integrate business processes throughout the organization.
- Analyze business operational results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Design and implement business workflows and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process execution.
- Implement continuous improvement measures to drive organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent business English and German language skills.
- Strong leadership skills, conceptual thinking, and hands-on approach.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills at all company levels.
- Several years of experience in process management consulting, preferably in corporate consulting.
- Proven track record of managing business process management and project management in a dynamic environment.
