Business Operations Manager

Brightsmith | B Corp™ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join their team in Germany.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office and portfolio operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management:
    • Manage invoices, support the finance team, and review travel expenses
    • Coordinate and control office operations, including filing company documents, timesheets, and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Order Management:
    • Source external services, such as car leasing, based on specifications from the Country Manager
    • Verify that offers are complete and accurate
  • Project Portfolio Coordination:
    • Update project lists based on progress, developer information, and company requirements
    • Filing and control of project-related documents
    • Ensure necessary documents and checks are in place to reach specified project phases
    • Assist in preparing data rooms for external due diligence processes
Requirements
  • Education: Academic degree (Bachelor/Master)
  • Experience: Approximately 5 years' work experience
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with common office software tools
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized office environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to office operations or team and projects
