Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Overseeing all construction activities on various construction sites
  • Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Participating in the calculation of construction projects and the awarding of subcontractor services
  • Managing personnel and materials throughout the project
  • Monitoring the work performed and conducting acceptance
  • Ensuring compliance with safety measures on site
Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology, or a related field
  • Desirable experience as a civil engineer (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification as a master or technician (m/w/d)
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience as a construction site manager (m/w/d) or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, planning, billing, and calculation programs such as MS Project and iTWO
  • Understanding of economic relationships and result-oriented working methods
  • Team skills and leadership abilities on site
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Availability for travel, mainly in Groß-Gerau, and a valid driving license (class B)
