Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at MyWellness GmbH. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and relaxing experience.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with our spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including recommending treatments and products.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
