We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at MyWellness GmbH. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and relaxing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with our spa team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, including recommending treatments and products.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
