About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance and Compensation team. As Head of Performance and Compensation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems that drive business results and ensure fair and transparent compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Performance and Compensation team to achieve business objectives and drive performance excellence.
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems that are aligned with business objectives and ensure cultural sensitivity and effectiveness across different regions.
  • Design and implement compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies that align with the overall People and Culture strategy and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures and analyze compensation trends and data across different regions.
  • Develop and manage global salary structures, pay scales, and grading systems to ensure consistency and equity in compensation practices.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and provide insights on compensation, benefits, and performance trends.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Many years of professional experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management in a global context, with experience leading internationally oriented teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in different cultural environments.
  • Excellent level of English and any other foreign language is an advantage.
