About the Role: In the capacity of Project Manager, you will take charge of planning, overseeing, and executing complex projects. You will work in close collaboration with various departments to craft innovative solutions and realize our future aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing project objectives in alignment with client expectations
  • Managing project communication and decision-making processes: organizing and facilitating meetings, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes
  • Delegating tasks effectively within the project team while planning, organizing, and defining key milestones
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the client and external partners
  • Acting as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Assessing and managing projects, including documentation and invoicing
  • Driving product development through ongoing communication with sales regarding client needs and feature updates. Timely planning of new features for the upcoming 6-12 months

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, accompanied by several years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects
  • Strong communication skills coupled with excellent time management abilities
  • A customer-focused, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and facilitation capabilities
  • A collaborative team player
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English
