Job Title: Solutions Delivery ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Solutions Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of best-in-class solutions to meet the needs of our key customers.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to establish project charters and plans, ensuring clear goals and objectives.
- Own the execution of Solutions offerings, managing project delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Work with colleagues to define, plan, and execute project implementations and service programs for Healthcare Solutions customers.
- Bring domain expertise in process re-engineering, analytics, change management, and digital/software platform implementation to deliver outcome-driven projects.
- Participate in commercial processes as a domain expert and contribute to the development of delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Track and report key metrics to the Cluster Solutions Delivery Lead, ensuring accurate tracking of gains and savings.
- Proven experience in consulting activities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in implementing or applying digital/software platforms in hospital/clinical settings.
- Knowledge of Lean and process optimization methodologies, as well as strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to varied stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.
