Join our dynamic Technology division at DMG MORI Additive GmbH, where we are seeking a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (M/W/D) to enhance our efforts in the Additive Manufacturing sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of market research, trends, and client needs.
  • Discover new business prospects and potential clients within the Additive Manufacturing industry.
  • Formulate and execute strategies for effective market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product management teams to establish requirements for innovative products and solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade exhibitions.
  • Create presentations and decision-making documents for executive review.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably, familiarity with the Additive Manufacturing landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
