Process Excellence Manager

Join KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA, a leading plant breeding company, as a Process Expert German speaking. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and execute Lean Management and Six Sigma improvement projects, generating sustainable results that enhance organizational performance.
About the Role:We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field, and several years of relevant professional experience in an Operational or Transactional function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute Lean Management and Six Sigma improvement projects
- Develop compelling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for global administrative functions
- Ensure effective process management through data-driven metrics
- Implement internal controls to manage risks and safeguard global business continuity within the organization
- Master's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an Operational or Transactional function
- Applied expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
- Proficiency in dealing with difficult situations (demonstrated change and conflict management skills)
- Capability to lead improvement projects and support Lean Management/Six Sigma initiatives
- LEAN SIX SIGMA certification (green belt or higher)
