About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our building automation projects in the metropolitan region of Rhein-Main. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects for building automation, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Manage project teams and subcontractors, coordinating their efforts to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members, ensuring smooth project execution
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide project management processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Background in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in leading complex projects
  • Expertise in contract management, technical standards, and crisis project management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
