We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Naimar. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the B2B SaaS domain.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CTOs and other high-ranking decision-makers to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop creative sales strategies
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and documentation in Salesforce
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop strategic account mapping to drive sustainable growth
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a focus on automotive, aviation, or defense
- Proven track record of success in strategic account planning, identifying new business cases, and up- and cross-selling opportunities
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives
- Experience in defining solutions with added value and high-scaling potential
- Foresight and structured approach to working with multiple sales opportunities
- Dynamic and diverse team of over 90 people from 25 nationalities
