EMEA Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Logistics Operations for EMEA, you will oversee the professional and managerial aspects of our warehouse and transportation logistics teams.
- You will coordinate logistics networks, manage our service providers, and ensure timely delivery of products to our subsidiaries and clients across the region.
- Collaborating with both global and local management teams, you will guarantee that our service commitments are fulfilled.
- You will evaluate and streamline operational processes on a global scale and specifically within the EMEA region.
- Your role will involve enhancing processes throughout the logistics chain, which includes importation, storage, and distribution.
- Furthermore, you will lead various digital transformation initiatives, contribute innovative ideas, and support your team as a knowledgeable partner during the execution of these projects.
- You will also identify opportunities for cost savings and spearhead relevant optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

A degree or equivalent training in transport and warehouse logistics is essential.
- A substantial background in management and professional experience within warehouse and transport logistics, along with a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of accountability.
