About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees across Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to our business leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Manage and coordinate HR projects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support our business goals.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to our employees, including answering HR-related queries, resolving employee concerns, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform our HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our HR vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations in Germany and Switzerland and ensure our HR practices and policies are compliant.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment.

You will be fluent in German and English, with other European languages being an asset. You will have experience in German payroll and HR policies, and be familiar with German labour legislation and regulations. You will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.

You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with our business leaders and employees. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
