About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees across Germany and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth and development of our employees.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to our business leaders and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Manage and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support our business objectives.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to our employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our HR vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our HR budget and resource planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations in Germany and Switzerland and ensure that our HR practices and policies are compliant.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a strong background in HR generalist roles. You will have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles. You will be fluent in German and English and have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations in Germany and Switzerland.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and you will have a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
